Property with capacity for four adults and one child (maximum). With a contemporary and minimalist décor, designed for the comfort and well-being of guests, this flat has all the facilities you need to enjoy a beautiful holiday on Madeira Island, whether for work or leisure.
The flat includes a living area, a TV with cable channels, a well-equipped open-space kitchen with a dining area. Two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. Balcony connecting the living room and one of the bedrooms.
The building has a communal entrance and is located on Rua da Alegria, one of the streets close to the La Vie Shopping Centre.
Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

AREA
Building located in the Funchal city center. From this building you will be able to know all the downtown and main points of interest. It is situated right next to restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina and Municipal Theatre.
In the city center there is plenty of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holidays: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There are bus stops near the flat.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
