This lovely house is 55 m² and well laid out, situated on an 819 m² plot. The floor plan shows the layout, but special attention should be given to the cozy living room with a fireplace insert and large windows, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views. This brings a wonderful natural light into the house. The entire home invites relaxation and is the perfect place to unwind and simply enjoy the beach, which is only 40 meters away. The summer house also includes three bedrooms, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. Next to the house, there is an annex with a double bed. Svinø is a beautiful, nature-rich area, offering plenty of peace and idyllic surroundings during the summer. It takes less than an hour and a half by car from Copenhagen to reach Svinø. Nearby attractions include BonBon-Land, the Forest Tower, Labyrinth Park, and more. The beach features a newly built bathing pier and otherwise offers a lovely, clean sandy shore.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
