Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
This stunning home boasts a vibrant and roomy interior, and a welcoming atmosphere akin to a home away from home. Guests have the opportunity to retreat and discover the scenic Silverlake Estate, enveloped by serene lakes and enchanting woodlands.
Access to the activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
On the ground floor of this beautiful home, you will find 4 bedrooms, accommodating 8 guests. Owing to the bedroom configuration we recommend a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. There are two spacious king size bedrooms, a single bunk room (children only in top bunks), and a further super king size bedroom with en-suite and direct access to the ground floor decking. A generously sized family bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation.
The living areas are located on the first floor of the property, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and utility/shower room. There is space for the whole family to gather around the dining table, or cosy up in front of the fireplace. Guests can enjoy the far reaching views over the Estate from the first floor balcony.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties on the estate that are still undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you may see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. All photographs and property descriptions are correct at the time of being added to the property listing. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes team.
Accessing the property is made easy with a driveway right outside the house and a lawn wrapping around the house.
