A very spacious house with 4 comfy bedrooms and a highly-equiped kitchen/lounge area.Location excellent, bus stop for the open-topper 50 yards up the road.We would thoroughly recommend this property as a great base for visiting the many attractions in tjis wonderful part of the world (the welcome gamper was an especially nice touch).

We had 6 people from ages 10 to 87 staying here while we celebrated a family wedding. A great house with all that we needed and we absolutely loved the view from the top bedroom balcony!

Lovely property with easy access to the best of Dorset
This was a lovely property and everything as described. The host was really responsive and the little welcome hamper was a nice touch. The area that the property is in isn’t the most picturesque part of Dorset but it’s super close to Sandbanks, Studland Bay and other lovely parts so a great base to then explore the rest of Dorset.
We had the most amazing weekend staying in this beautiful property, it is very well equipped and spacious with everything you need. The master bedroom with the balcony is stunning with a beautiful view. The welcome hamper was very thoughtful and communication was excellent too.

The property is well kept, clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed to feel we were home away from home. It was located within a quiet neighborhood.
We stayed as a family of 6 to visit the area.
Each room was spacious and inviting.
We used it as our base to visit the surrounding area - Corfe Castle to Studland Bay.
The property manager was easy to communicate with from the very beginning.
Property was clean and tidy with great communication from Luke who manages the property, white goods were of an high quality, house was big there was 8 of us with plenty of room for all, close to bus stops into town , and a lovely local pub close by, perfect for our 4 night NYE break. Must also say there was an amazing welcome hamper left us too

A lovely property for a large or extended family to stay, relax and unwind. It offers privacy and lots of open shared areas that you can spend time together in. The bedrooms were large and spacious. The master bedroom offered an amazing balcony with a stunning view. The attention to detail was excellent ie highchair, cot, baby bath and toys plus the welcome hamper and several basic food items. Correspondence with Luke was excellent and he was extremely efficient and helpful. We stayed with our two children, their partners and our grandchild and it was just perfect for us all. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

The house was a great base for us to stay whilst attending our sons wedding at English Oak Vineyard. One of our party was elderly with mobility restrictions and the ground floor en-suite bedroom was ideal for her needs. We also had our 18 month old grand daughter with us and she loved the space to run around as well as the toys provided. The cot and highchair for her were both excellent.The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. All the bedding was of exceptional quality and the beds were really comfortable - often an issue with holiday lets. We very much appreciated the welcome hamper and in particular the Prosecco to help us get the celebrations off to a good start.Luke was very helpful and quick to respond to questions before our stay. The location was brilliant - easy to get into Poole and out to the Vineyard./ Also the local beach and Hamworthy Park were a hit with our Grand daughter.We would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.
As a group of 8, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home, the house itself is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice with plenty of space. In summer, the open plan dining into garden area with the sliding doors makes for a perfect area for chilling throughout the day and evening. The balcony also has a beautiful view out to what I think is a harbour. The location is also ideal, with a pub and shop nearby and not a long way to go to get into Poole. We hired bikes for the weekend from Kool Bike Hires Bournemouth and used these to get around to places like Poole harbour and the sandbanks. All in all, I would 100% recommend this house and will definitely book again if we were ever to come back into the Poole / Bournemouth area. 10/10!
this is a lovely, well equipped property, recently modernised. it is spacious, comfortable with a good sized garden and patio area. the view from the balcony of the rear bedroom is stunning. We booked a 7 day stay and unfortunately the water pressure was too low to enable the showers to function effectively, and at times not at all. This took 5 days to be rectified, communication with the manager was poor, he did not visit the property, although he lived locally, and some of our time was spent trying to sort our the problem ourselves, subsequently this turned into a major frustration which should not be the case on your holiday.Accommodation great, customer service poor!! What a shame that money appears to be more important than customer care.
We all enjoyed a long weekend away in this lovely converted bungalow. We were two families of 4 and had plenty of space. The property is really large and very clean and modern. There is a large utility with sink washing machine and tumble dryer and drying rack and so on which was very useful for beach towels etc. Everything very nicely decorated and kitted out for 8 people. The garden is a good size with apple and pear trees and you can aee the sea from the balcony of the master bedroom. The house is a short walk from Ham Common which is a lovely spot for a walk. Poole Quay and Sandbanks etc. are about 10-15 mins away in the car. We ate in the Yachtsman which is at the end of the road and also the Red Lion a short walk away and both served very reasonable pub grub. Hamworthy is an unpretentious area but a good location for visiting Poole.
Really good communication when booking and the check in process was explained well.
We had a lovely stay and the open plan kitchen area with seating is much better then it looks in the photos which was great for 6 adults to relax and catch up.

This property is the idyllic summer getaway location and was renovated in 2018 with holidaymakers in mind. The property is in a friendly sea-side neighbourhood of Hamworthy, Poole and is a stone's throw away from Poole Harbour, the beach and Ham Common Nature Reserve. The latter features a large lake and when you find it, you feel as if you have discovered a hidden gem - it's also great for camping in the summer! The property itself features an open-plan living/dining area which can be expanded to the patio and garden by extending the bi-folding doors. You will especially love relaxing on the balcony annexed to the master bedroom.
