Just 15 minutes from Setúbal (N10), 30 minutes from Lisbon (A2 via 25 de Abril bridge) and 40 minutes from Lisbon (A33 via Vasco da Gama bridge); closest route to the airport. The house is located in a very quiet area, at the foot of the magnificent Serra da Arrábida. From here you can easily discover the best that the Setúbal Peninsula has to offer. The mountains, the beaches, the food, the wine and much more. The house comprises, on the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room that gives access to a patio where you can enjoy al fresco meals. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is air conditioning in the living/dining room that heats the entire ground floor. There is a heater on the ground floor and 2 fans. The house has private parking within the property. For safety, there is a fire blanket in the kitchen and a first aid kit. The house is decorated in a simple and practical way to ensure a comfortable stay. Calm down.
The length of stay is a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 180 nights.
