Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo just steps away from the Fraser River in the heart of Winter Park. The location of this condo is fantastic. Within walking distance of the condo, you can find restaurants, shopping, and hikes. The condo itself sits on the banks of the Fraser River and hiking and biking paths surround the area. Are you a skier? Then hop on the shuttle which stops in the building's parking lot for a free ride to the slopes.

The condo is approximately 1100 square feet and is laid out with 3 bedrooms (no loft bedrooms) tucked away at the back of the unit. The open kitchen and living room provide plenty of space for hanging out, playing games, and cooking a hearty meal after a long day on the slopes or trails. The interior of the condo is comfortable and cozy, and the well-stocked kitchen is ready for both the casual or accomplished chef.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom and shower. The second cozy bedroom has a queen bed. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds that sleep 4, with a cute reading nook. There is a second full bathroom with a tub and shower. Additionally, the unit has a washer and dryer.

The development also recently completed a new clubhouse that contains three hot tubs and a large pool. The clubhouse also has a work-out room, pool table, and nicely furnished clubhouse.

Note: The condo is on the third floor and is an end unit. The building does not have an elevator.

Comfortable and very easy

Great location to town, loved the pool / rec center very short walk away or under 1 min drive. Parking on site. Very well equipped kitchen and so many fun games, movies for kids etc. We had a very minor issue and owner took care of it really fast and well - thank you. Would recommend and very good for value

Great condo for family ski trip

Very clean nicely updated and comfortable condo with easy access to bus and restaurants. The beautiful fireplace was great in the evening.

Great Place to stay

Weekend trip with 8 adults. Plenty of room for all. Condo had everything we needed and more. We used the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and the pool and pool tables. We also took the free shuttle to and from winter park ski resort. The pickup/drop off is about 50’from condo and brought us and all gear right to the lifts. Super convenient if you are here to ski. Owner is quick to respond and helpful. I have been to dozens of VRBO properties and this one was at the top. Thanks Tim. What a beautiful place to visit. We plan on returning in the summer to see the other side of Winter Park!

Family ski trip

The condo is excellent in every way. Great location, 3 bedrooms with a king bed and another with a queen and another with 2 sets of bunks was perfect for our group. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer was a huge help. Communication with host was amazing. We’ll be back again

We are a family of five that loves to ski. As the kids get older and find their different interests, winter is our time to be together, as we enjoy one of the greatest, world-class winter resorts in the country.

What makes this property unique

This condo is amazing any time of the year. We love opening the windows during the summer and falling asleep to the sound of the river. We love the proximity to wonderful restaurants, bakeries, the grocery store, and Hideaway Park. We love the shuttle that drops us off at the base of the ski mountain and right at our doorstep at the end of a long day. We love the countless hiking and biking trails that surround the development. This is a great place to be with one's family.
