For those travelling by train, the property is less than a 10-minute walk from Exeter St David's station. If you're coming from Exeter Airport, it's only a 15-minute drive (lots of taxis are available) or 30 minutes by train. There are also numerous car hire companies at the airport as well as in the city should you want to explore the wider area.
For those who do bring a vehicle, there are two paid car parks nearby. Bystock Terrace Car park is a 1-minute walk away, and Howell Road Car park is around an 8-minute walk away. There are also limited pay and display on-street parking options available.
Other Things to Note:
The property is located in Central Exeter and benefits from a wide variety of amenities and travel connections within easy walking distance. And, whilst the property is located on a 20 mph road, it does mean there is potential for noise.
