Sleeping up to 8 guests, the property offers flexible accommodation across three beautifully presented bedrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find two spacious double rooms and a versatile bunk room featuring a single bed on top, a small double below, and an additional single bed – perfect for children or adults alike. With 2.5 modern bathrooms, mornings are effortless for larger groups.



The home’s unique layout places the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas on the first floor, creating a light-filled social hub beneath vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. From here, doors open onto a stylish balcony with glass balustrade, where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks with views across the development.

While Chathill serves the surrounding coastal villages, train service is limited, however direct services can be found operating to Blaydon, Carlisle, Cramlington, Haltwhistle, Hexham, Morpeth, Newcastle upon Tyne and Prudhoe. For more frequent services, you can consider using Alnmouth or Berwick-upon-Tweed stations and then taking a bus or taxi to Beadnell.



A number of bus routes operate in Beadnell offering access to Alnwick, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Morpeth, Newcastle upon Tyne and Wooler.
