I live and work in Newcastle which is around 40mins away from Craster. although we leave you to enjoys the benefits of our holiday home we are only a phone call away if their is anything you need urgently.
Why they chose this property
Driftwood has been our holiday home for my family for over 20 years. We use to take the children for days out to Craster and we couldn't believe our luck when we could actually buy a place their. visiting most weekends and school holidays we fitted right in with the local community as they welcomed us. they were and still are helpful and friendly. My girls grew up feeling very much a part of this sleepy fishing village where time seems to have stood still and thats why we still love it today my daughters now visit with friends and my youngest like to escape to write music there. It really is a get away from it all where you can totally recharge your batteries so to speak. We have thought many times to put in wi fi but not do so yet as its really nice to get yourself and your children to put away their mobile games and phones and do a good old fashioned jigsaw or play a family game or head out to do some rock pooling.
What makes this property unique
you can sit and watch for hours the ever-changing view of the sea from both the down stairs and upstairs window. In fact theirs nothing more relaxing than sitting in the upstairs window with a good book, glass of wine and a great view out to sea especially at low tide as it really reveals it self.
