A welcome addition to the Victorian District, Howard Grande is a multilevel, two-bedroom town home just a stone's throw away from the famous Fountain at Forsyth Park.

Great Family Min-Vacy

A quick little getaway for cousins who hadn’t seen each other in a couple of years reuniting and we had a fabulous time in the beautiful city of Savannah and enjoyed the lovely home on Howard Street.

Stay was enjoyable and location was excellent! Near grocery , coffee, restaurants, and the park seems to always have something going on. Would suggest more than one kitchen hand towel and bath towels. Garbage disposal side was broken or not draining properly.

We loved the location- a short block off of the Forsyth Park, and the house was perfect and exactly as described. Clean, cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Savannah had wonderful restaurants, historical monuments and buildings and friendly people!

Nice condo near Forsyth Park

Great location with off-street parking. The condo was well furnished and well maintained - perfect for enjoying time with friends. The location was perfect - on a quiet street close to Forsyth Park. We enjoyed the Saturday Farmer’s Market in the park, as well as the nearby coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Forsyth Park! Very clean, spacious and quiet for our get away. We were thankful for the garage space so we didn’t have to leave the car on the street. Lucky Savannah was very easy to work with and had great communication. We would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful and very comfortable property. The mattresses were great and the furniture allowed for relaxed sprawling. Plenty of on street parking. The garage was a bit small for our mid sized SUV. Everything else was top notch.

Savannah is beautiful and location was perfect. Unfortunately the restaurants lacked but we didn't let that disrupt stay. Loved Forsythe Park and we enjoyed our river walk. Having the Dot was great. Having the garage was a huge bonus and we highly recommend this home.

Nice Stay in Savannah

Very comfortable and quiet. This townhouse is located within walking distance from everything we wanted to see in the historic district. Its within a block from Forthsyth Park where we would spend our evenings. The single car garage was a plus. Parking spots in the street was scarce on the weekend because of the park. Great stay and would rent again the next time in Savannah.
