Beautiful Naples, Quiet 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo on Ground Floor

This unit is a first floor condo in a quiet residential setting. The back lanai has a water fountain view (fountain off during night-time hours) and is a peaceful setting to relax in. The condo community is friendly and small with 64 units. The complex has a heated pool, a tennis court, and a small clubhouse that may be used for small group activities.

The condo is less than 5 miles from the beach. It is also within a mile of a major grocery store as well as numerous retail and restaurant options.

The condo was recently renovated. The unit has very comfortable high quality beds. It has a queen bed and the 2 new twin beds. The unit has a washer and dryer. Additionally, it includes Wi-Fi, a Roku, and a DVD player.

There is no smoking and no pets. HOA approval is required ($50 + $50/per applicant fee to be paid by lessee to submit HOA approval application. 20 days needed for approval. Application posted under Rental Agreement section in House Rules). Calendar monthly rentals. 2 month minimum if February is included and one month minimum otherwise. Please contact owner for details.

It couldn't have been better!!

I loved staying here. Mary and her family were so nice and the condo had everything I needed. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. I was alone for the month and I felt very safe. It is a nice location with lots of parking and a very pretty view of the lake and fountain. I loved the bike/walking path near the condo and loved walking to the Publix and restaurants that were close by. I feel like I now have a friend in Mary. She was so sweet and would drop off lemons that were awesome. I would totally stay there again! Thanks Mary!
