About this property

Spacious and Beautiful Private Room located only 30 minutes from Zion!

We are located in the quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood of Toquerville. We are less than 25 miles from Zion National Park, and St. George. We are just minutes away from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, Red Cliffs Conservation area, and I-15. There's lots of opportunities for hiking, biking, and OHV trails. In additions to the numerous activities, we believe that our neighborhood atmosphere is a rare find. We hope you leave echoing the Toquerville City slogan: It's the People! The large master bedroom has a private entrance with a keypad lock, ample convenient parking, a comfortable queen bed, a leather hide-a-bed sofa, a 60" T.V. with Netflix access, and a beautiful master bathroom with double sinks, a large shower, and a jet tub. The room will easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults if you want to brave the hide-a-bed :-). The room also offers a microwave, mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. We offer a light breakfast of coffee (sugar and creamer provided), muffins, fruit, yogurt, and granola.

This was a room set off from the home of the host. Very quiet, private. Nice breakfast food in refrigerator. Comfortable beds. Easy access to Zion National Park. Away from the crowds. We found a good Thai place for take out supper in the next town.

Great Stay Near Zion National Park

We enjoyed staying at this home near Zion National Park! The room had everything that we needed. We really appreciated the breakfast items and coffee that they provided as well. The jetted bathtub was an added bonus after a day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

A great space at an excellent rate

Beautiful property and great hospitality!

Perfect for a couple or small family to stay while visiting Zion National Park. Super clean, comfortable, functional and nicely decorated. Cindy and family were very nice and helpful during our stay. Beautiful room

Extremely charming!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful! Cindy is so accommodating and friendly. Everything was so clean, the breakfast was great and the location is great! It’s in the center of Zion, St. George and Hurricane. I would definitely return if we ever visit this area again.

This place was comfy and clean. Enjoyed staying here and would recommend to anyone. The only downside was that the bed that expands from the couch was not comfortable to sleep in. So I would say this is more of a two person living space.

Nice and quiet. Close to Zion National Park.

The studio is very large, as is the bathroom. The furniture and bed are comfortable. The unit is well-appointed. The continental breakfast (yogurt, muffins, granola, coffee, fruit) is a very nice touch. There's also popcorn.

Amazing place

This felt so homey. Everything was so clean and welcoming. It was so spacious. It's only a half hour drive to Zion National Park which is why we stayed here. Cindy was a great host. She would leave us muffins, yogurt, and fruit for breakfast. Very responsive and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again without a doubt. I highly recommend!

Excellent stay, couldn't ask for much more

I loved the little attached "in-law suite". It's in a super quiet neighborhood and it had everything I needed. The whirlpool soaking tub was incredible after golf and long hikes in Zion. I came horribly prepared for the cold weather and they even let me borrow a coat and beanie which was absolutely necessary for me to see the best of Zion. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for everything Cindy!

Wonderful private suite

This is a wonderful private suite just 20 min or so from Zion national park. The room is very large with a pullout couch, bed, dining table, refrigerator and a very nice breakfast of muffins, fruit and yogurt. Water and coffee is also available. The bathroom was huge. Overall this is a great place to stay for couples or small family of 4. Would highly recommend! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Spacious Room

The location was very good for our needs. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. A couple of drawbacks were the size of bed and lack of tv stations. The bed was only full size, was on metal rails without support of headboard A larger bed would fit easily in the large room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in for the two of us. The only thing to watch on tv was Netflix.

Our hosts Cindy & Russ were very accommodating. The FIL was also very kind.The space was clean and our hosts provided everything we needed. This was a nice stay. It was clean and quiet.Would have liked a few more “kitchen items”, such as extra utensils, cups, and plates (even if plastic). Sheets seemed clean but not newer, and only one soap dispenser for 2 sinks.
