This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage-style townhome, decorated in rich tones and colorful artwork, will be sure to make any vacation brighter! The first floor is home to a large master bedroom (King) with en-suite bathroom, with access to the screened-in porch, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and both a standard and a Keurig coffee machine, as well as a bar top perfect for entertaining. Off the kitchen, you will find the spacious living room, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, as well as access to the lower screened-in porch and outdoor patio with gas grill. The first floor also includes a powder room and a convenient laundry closet. The second-floor houses two bedrooms (KING & 2 XL TWINS) each with a private bath and access to the upper balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. This cottage is conveniently located just steps from The Cottages North Beach Access. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach and a community firepit.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.

Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.

Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.

Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.

Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
