This charming 30m2 one-bedroom apartment in Porto offers a cosy and convenient base for couples or small families seeking a memorable stay.
The bright open-plan living area is thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy a breath of fresh air and a relaxing outdoor moment.
The modern kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and a full set of cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher makes cleanup effortless, while ironing equipment is also provided for your convenience.
The inviting bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, along with ample storage space for your belongings.
The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Bonfim combines the vibrancy of traditional cafés and shops with a creative, bohemian spirit, making it a delightful area to explore beyond the main tourist routes.
The neighbourhood is rich in landmarks and green spaces. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the Casa-Oficina António Carneiro museum, the Igreja Matriz do Bonfim, and the Miradouro das Fontainhas, where sweeping views of the river await. The Jardim de São Lázaro and the Municipal Library are also close by, perfect for a peaceful stroll or a quiet afternoon.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
