D205 is a Standard Unit: A Standard Unit is a clean, comfortable condominium with basic amenities.

"Casual Elegance” at Sanibel's best-kept secret; Blind Pass. This is our jewel; a remodeled, professionally decorated and furnished, second-floor unit.

The kitchen is open style with a center island, extended cabinetry, and quartz countertops. It is completely outfitted with stainless steel appliances, premium accessories and cookware. The design blends seamlessly with the layout of the Living/Dining areas where the colors and décor provide an uplifting and relaxing atmosphere.

The master bedroom suite is spacious and soothing with a king-size bed and pillow top mattress to promote a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was redesigned, enlarged, and offers “His & Her” detached vanities with quartz vanity tops, backsplashes, and a large, floor-to-ceiling tiled, walk-in shower with a quartz bench seat at one end.

On the other end of the unit, you will find the guest bedroom and bathroom. The guest room is appointed with a queen-size bed and a quality pillow top mattress. Additionally, a trundle bed incorporating two twin mattresses allows for a more spacious environment while maximizing available sleeping area. The guest bathroom is also an enlarged design with quartz vanity tops and a walk-in shower.

The unit is equipped with cable TV service and is also outfitted with private, in-unit, high speed internet & Wi-Fi for general connectivity or streaming to the 50” LED HDTV with Smart TV located in the living area. The master bedroom has a 47” LED HDTV and the guest bedroom is equipped with a 32” LED HDTV.

A beach cart, cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs are provided for lounging in style on world-renowned Bowman's Beach.

The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.

Perfect spot

No complaints! Parking spot & building hard to find in dark/after hours, suggest daytime arrival. Amazing beach!

Great vacation

Condo was great, grounds were great, walk to beach was easy and took just 5 mi it’s or so. We enjoyed the fact the beach had plenty of room for everyone without being I. Top of each other and loved the kayaks. The location was closer to Captiva side than Sanibel. Office staff were very friendly and getting in and out of the condo with a keypad was way easier than having to worry about my husband losing the key. Great for families and close enough to take day trips if you have a car to other beaches or to the busier areas of the island. Really enjoyed our stay at blind pass and will very likely be back.

Was pleased except cleanliness of 1 of the bedrooms

My only complaint was the room with the 2 beds was where my daughter and granddaughter had planned to sleep, but after pulling down the covers on the big bed my daughter found a large stain on the sheets so after pulling off the sheet she discovered what looked to be a blood stain on the mattress so needless to say no one stayed in that room

The best part of Summer 2020

Condo and Location was perfect for our family. The unit is equipped with everything you need and the property is very well kept and peaceful. We enjoyed time on the beach, shelling, fishing and by the pool.

Blind Pass Condos D205

This place was a great deal! It looks exactly like the pictures and it’s even bigger in person. The condo was very stylish and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. It was well stocked with anything we needed and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets, and beach supplies. The amenities at blind pass condominiums were great. We really enjoyed playing pickle ball and swimming in the pool. The property itself is beautiful, lots of flowers and foliage and there were so many bunnies and lizards. But the real selling point is the location!! Just a five minute walk to Bowman’s beach through a private access. We collected so many shells and blind pass even has a shell washing station to clean them. The condo is close to both Captiva and Sanibel so with a 10-15 minute drive there were a lot of restaurants to choose from. We rented bikes that were delivered to the condo and enjoyed biking around Sanibel. It was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Great rental property

We stayed here during the spring break. The weather was perfect and the condo was excellent. Very quiet even though we were near the pool. Everything is updated in the unit but be careful when you cook over the range. He hit my head several times at the corner of the vent. Also the bed at the master bedroom was soft and uncomfortable. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, ice box and even fishing rod. We caught several fish at the blind pass bridge. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay with all the amenities that offered. We highly recommend this place to others.
