2 bedroom/2 bath-First floor unit with easy access for young and old alike. Open floor plan with bedrooms on each side with high-speed wireless internet access throughout the condo. Never fight for parking, even in busy season, as the assigned, covered parking for E101 is steps away.

The living area has a new tile floor, updated furniture, flat screen television with DVD, VCR and blu-ray players, ceiling fan, and new window treatments. Enjoy the lush tropical landscape right outside the window. Well-equipped kitchen. Dining room table seating for six. Counter allows for two diners as well. Full sized washer and dryer are in the unit. Grills available at the clubhouse.

Large master bedroom with King bed and new furniture, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. Flat screen television with DVD player. Ceiling fan and new window treatments. Second bedroom has two twins with walk-in closet, flat screen television with DVD player, and all updated furniture. Ceiling fan and new window treatments. Second bathroom with large walk-in shower just across the hall.

Beach cart provided with chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. Our unit is one of the closest to the beach, with the private patio allowing a quick stroll to the ocean. We even have games for the occasional rainy day. Two rollaway beds are provided for parties of six. Linens and beach towels are always provided.

Dig your toes in the sand, or take a dip in the gulf waters or the resort pool. Kayak in the nearby bayou, or tour the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. Make our vacation oasis your vacation oasis. You will create lasting memories at Blind Pass E101!

The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. For further protection, a commercial anti-viral fogger is used in-between rentals, and to comply with CDC guidelines we have provided a Sanitizer and hand soap for your use while you stay. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.

Beauty and the Beach !!

Beautiful beach,great condo. Walk to beach was beautiful and no more than about 2 football fields from condo. Make sure you take advantage of free canoes or kayaks , the waterway is beautiful and you may see Manatees(we did). Condominium is beautifully decorated and spacious. It also had everything you need for beach including chairs,wagon,umbrella, and a ton of other stuff. There is not much of a patio to sit out at but great pool, clubhouse,grills, and a bunch of other things more than made up for that. I would recommend this property and would stay there again!!

Super nice little unit in a great location !!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit... it’s very close to the beach and has its own Private walk to the beach... the grounds are very clean and the pool was clean as well... We didn’t know they supplied a beach cart so we brought our own... The unit was very clean upon arrival and there is everything you could think about needing in the unit. The units are located far enough down the island that it’s quiet but not far enough that you dread going to town... but close enough to Captiva as well... The beach area wasn’t crowded and most people from the public beach area won’t walk that far down either. All in all we had a really good stay

Fun at the Beach

The condo was nice and worked well for our family of 4. The office was very responsive to our needs (needed a new beach umbrella, etc). The kitchen supplies & utensils could be updated. The condo is well used. The beach access was amazing and less than a 5 minute walk. The other amenities: pool, tennis courts & kayaks were great and we took advantage. We also rented bikes from Billy's and biked to Captiva several times (5-6 miles RT). It was nice to be on Bowman Beach--easy to spread out. Condo complex was full but never felt full or loud. We were able to use all the facilities when we wanted and the beach was the best we were at all week.

Loved this Property!

We enjoyed our week at this beautiful property. The condo itself was beautiful and spacious with everything we needed. The property grounds were well cared for and the short walk to the beach through the wetlands was and added adventure. The beach is unspoiled and was not crowded at any time during our stay. We even got to see a turtle nest hatch and the baby turtles make their way into the ocean. Shells where plentiful and the sunsets amazing. We can’t wait to book this property again.

Week away from snow

We had a great time. Two couples shared condo and had plenty of room and privacy with bedrooms at opposite ends of unit. Was a bit of a walk to beach and husbands went only once due to walking problem. Really appreciated the staff who were helpful whenever I had a query.
