2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
All I can say about the property is that it was clean. The owner did repair the loose toilet seat, replace the dead smoke alarm battery, and bring more crockery fairly quickly after I complained. But the listing description was woefully inaccurate and certainly didn't mention the patched and mended state of most rooms. This is not a 10* 'excellent' property. Far from it. If it had been accurately listed (and priced accordingly) then that's fair enough, but I was expecting a much higher standard for the price I paid.
