Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Manager canceled the day before my arrival. Said I would receive a full refund. I booked another of his properties immediately. He canceled that one as well. Also said I would receive a full refund. VRBO kept their fees! I did not receive a full refund for either booking.
