Our 2 bedroom apartment on the river Lagan in Belfast city has been furnished to a high standard with all the comforts of home. The open plan living and dining area enjoys a beautiful sofa bed and chairs with views onto the river with seating for 5 and a dining table and chairs for 4.

The south facing balcony gets sun all day so relax there and unwind after a day exploring all the city and surrounding area has to discover.

The master bedroom has a double bed with a slide robe and bedside tables and view onto the river.

The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and beside table with views onto the well maintained gardens.

Linens are included.

The newly refurbished bathroom has a bath with electric power shower over the bath. We provide toiletries and towels

The kitchen has all essential equipment, kettle, toaster, cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine. We provide supplies or tea, coffee, basic condiments, paper towels, tea towels, washing machine tablets, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets.

Great Location
Amazing location. Very easy to walk around the city if you don't mind walking a bit. However, the pull out bed in the couch was not comfortable at all. My 5 year old niece thought it was great but as a small adult of 105 lbs. I could feel every spring. The kitchen was super useful and we made most of our meals in. Would highly recommend as long as you weren't hoping to use the couch as a sleeping space.

Lagan View was een prima uitvalsbasis voor al onze activiteiten binnen en buiten Belfast. Het centrum is te voet bereikbaar (10-15 min) en de auto staat veilig binnen de hekken. De wandeling langs de Lagan (waarin we vanaf het balkon zelfs een zeehond zagen) naar Titanic Experience was leuk. Het appartement is netjes, sfeervol en compleet. Een aanrader!

I've lived and worked in Belfast most of my life, enjoying just a few years living and working in Canada, and also travelling quite a bit, especially in France where my husband Peter and I own another lovely holiday home (see property number #8167156) We travel there with our two children, Luke 14 and Holly 12, as often as possible but are happy to then return to Belfast for work and school and to plan our next adventure!

Why they chose this property

This apartment was the first home I purchased, as a young trainee chartered accountant, starting out on my career. It provided the perfect base for getting to the office and travelling to clients, enjoying the city and hosting friends. I love this apartment, and when I moved to Canada I rented it out and on my return and moving on to a bigger family home, I decided to keep it. It is still the perfect location in the city and is a useful base for nights out, perhaps the children will enjoy it in a few years too.
