About this property

Gulf Front recently Updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo! Beautiful gulf views from almost every room. Relax on the open, covered patio area listening to the waves. Plenty of seating in the living room. Updated kitchen with granite counter tops. Beautiful, modern, updated bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king-size bed and trundle bed, and guest bedroom has two twin beds. Includes 3 TV's, free Wi-Fi, and a full-size washer and dryer. Condo complex has a large sandy beach along the Gulf of Mexico that is only a few steps from your patio, and across Beach Road has a large, heated swimming pool, clubhouse, and boat docks. (Rental rates do not include the departure cleaning fee, tax, or security deposit.)

Reservations must be booked from the 1st of the month to the end of the month for monthly rentals in January, February, March and April. There will not be split month reservations accepted.

New favorite place to stay!

We absolutely love this condo! Right on the beach and has everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Big rooms comfortably furnished. Everyone was so friendly there and since we stayed before the holiday weekend the traffic was very light. Often we were the only ones on the beach.
