Wake Up To The Amazing Sounds And Views Of The Gulf!

A piece of paradise is awaiting you in this scenic setting between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. Our 1700 square foot 3 bedroom 2.5 bath beauty is situated right on the Gulf of Mexico. The beautiful condo was built in 2005, with views from many angles, many upgrades and comes newly furnished.

Enjoy beautiful sunrises overlooking the gulf via the enclosed lanai or sit on your own private patio. Once finished with the morning sun, you can take a dip in the heated pool or the the beach. There are lots of pool floatiies and beach toys in the outdoor storage for renters to use.

Then, head inside and enjoy your two splendid sitting areas either on the lanai or in the family room. Enjoy the 50 inch flatscreen along with a DVD player. Also, you can relax anywhere in the condo while you use the wireless internet.

The condo comes complete with a master suite that includes a king bed, walk in closet, soaking tub and a marvelous shower. There are two other bedrooms that have queen beds. In the living area, you can also comfortably sleep on the queen sleeper sofa.

We haven't forgotten those of you who enjoy a nice evening of wining and dining. Enjoy the dining area especially decorated for those splendid evenings. Or, you can relax and eat informally at the patio table in the lanai.

Englewood Beach is conveniently located between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. It is on gorgeous white sand beaches that are full of numerous activities. Shelling, snorkeling, boating, beach combing and kayaking are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande - which is within a ten minute drive. There are numerous and wonderful eateries, golf courses (seven within five minutes) and shopping districts within a short drive.

Central air conditioning, as well as pool services are provided. Pool heating is provided with the rental rate.

The condo also has a dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer unit.

Paradise on the Beach

The Condo and the Sandbar Cafe (a 5 minute walk from the condo) are excellent. The water is not Virgin Island quality, but good enough for a nice week of the swimming in the gulf.

Perfect vacation stay

This unit has an amazing view of the beach and was spacious enough for five adults and a toddler. We enjoyed the pool and that the restaurants were within walking distance. The condo was clean, beautiful decor, well maintained and the kitchen well stocked with appliances. Not to mention the morning walks on the beach and the amazing sunsets!! Great communication with Jennifer and highly recommend!

This condo is right on the beach and conveniently close to fabulous restaurants/tiki bars. We we within driving distance (30 min or less) of places to eat/go the mainland. The condo was well stocked and everything we needed was already there or easily available! The condo owner was responsive and communicative. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and our stay!

A beautiful place and location. Sipping morning coffee on the terrace while watching the surf was a great way to start the day. Quiet, simple and comfortable accommodations. A short walk to some nice restaurants and a quick drive to get supplies. Don’t miss this one!

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful large, quiet condo with all the amenities we needed. Great location on a large, uncrowded beach with four restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. Nice screened-in porch where we could have a drink and watch the sun set over the water. My wife also enjoyed daily yoga sessions led by a local resident on the beach. Locals said the January weather was cooler than normal, but we thought it was quite pleasant. A few episodes of rain, but we were able to walk on the beach every day. Pool is not in a sunny spot, but it was heated and never crowded. Really enjoyed this place and we will be back.

We will be back!

We had a fantastic 1 week family vacation at this property! Jennifer was easy to work with and responsive to questions about our stay. The condo was as advertised with many amenities you would need for an extended stay (plenty of pots/pans, a crock pot, coffee, ect.). The view and the private screened in and outdoor space were better than advertised - honestly the pictures don’t do it justice! There were beach chairs, beach toys and pool noodles available which makes traveling from out of state convenient! The pool is small (you can tell from the pictures) but we were often the only people there during our stay so it was not an issue. The condo was also in easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. We are hoping to book this condo in the future!
