Kitchen equipped with electric induction hob, oven, refrigerator, moka for Italian espresso, microwave, kettle, wine glasses, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils.
One double bedroom and one single bedroom
Double bedroom furnished with double bed, bedside tables, lamps, a comfortable desk, clothes rack, smart TV and air conditioning (active in the summer).
Single room furnished with comfortable French double bed, bedside tables, lamps, desk, clothes rack, smart TV and air conditioning (active in the summer).
 Bathroom complete with shower, sink, toilet, bidet.
Living room equipped with sofa bed, dining table and smart tv. Wi-fi connection guaranteed throughout the apartment.
Large outdoor lounge area, ideal during the summer and spring periods to have meals and relax at sunset.
