We had wonderful stay. Everything you could possibly need was stocked in the apartment. Francesca was a wonderful host. Her place is very close to the Vatican. I would gladly book this again when visiting Rome.

Amazing place right near the Vatican. Three bathrooms, incredible terrace, quiet and away from traffic, host was perfect, available etc.Would highly recommend and would stay here again for sure.

This was the most welcoming home I have ever been in. The host was amazing. She even came to get us where the cab dropped us off. We were lost. The home is superbly stocked. It was very easy to catch a cab to everywhere we wanted to go. Couldn’t recommend it more. And the space outside was a blessing with the tourist season in full gear. Will definitely come back.

Francesca welcomed us very warmly and was flexible with our requests. The place is clean and is way better in reality than it might appear on the photos, 3 rooms & 3 bathrooms, perfect for a group. The privat garden is huge and sights are in walkable distance. Would stay there again.

Great spot in Rome

Wonderful place to stay in Rome. Blocks from the Vatican, close to transit and easy to get around from. We were 3 adults and two teens and Francesca's place fit us well. She is a great host and was very helpful and supportive. We will stay with her again when we are back in Rome. Grazie!

Great place to stay when visiting Rome

The property was very nice for our family of five. The outdoor terrace was perfect for spending time when not out experiencing Rome. The bus stop was close and we had no issues getting around Vatican City or the rest of the city. The only drawback was a pretty steep hill that had to be climbed when returning from the long days walking around all the sites. The hosts were fantastic and very helpful at making sure we were well situated for our vacation.

Definitely recommended!

What a lovely time we had in Rome in Francesca's flat! She is an incredibly friendly and helpful hostess. The flat was clean and very nice to stay in, especially thanks to the large terrace. The flat is also located in a pleasant neighbourhood, perfect for exploring (on foot or by bus) the different areas of the city. This place to stay is definitely recommended!

Wonderful Garden Home

A wonderful apartment with a large patio area that adds to the peaceful feel of the accommodation. Two good sized bedrooms each with adjoining bathrooms. There’s also another bathroom and kitchen/living space that made it comfortable for 5 of us. It’s also in a great location near Vatican City and a 10 minute walk to an area with several restaurants and cafes. The host is easy to communicate with and very friendly and goes to extra lengths to make you feel at home. Can’t wait to go back for another visit!

Francesca was very helpful before the trip. When she met us at the property she gave us an excellent tour and introduced us to everything. The place has everything and more than what you would need for a stay in Rome. She had told us we were close to dining but we were closer than expected. September Visit

Ideal location for a Rome visit. 10 minute walk to St. Peter's Basilica/Square (we got there by 7:30 am and the line to visit--for free--was 15 minutes or less on the two days we went. 5 minute walk to the 64 bus that takes you into Rome's center., ending at Rome's central train station. 20 minute walk to nearest Metro stop (be sure your ticket is validated or the ticket cops will fine you--having purchased a ticket that is still valid is not good enough). Outdoor patio area provides a common space for gathering. Francesa's communication/timeliness of communication is excellent.

The apartment is as described and very well equipped, the terrace is great (although it was still too cold for us to use it properly). We were 5 (2 adults, 3 kids (13, 10 and 7 yrs)). The location is great for exploring the city. It is super close to the Vatican. Even closer is the bus stop to drive to the city (line 64 - you can also walk to the city but with the kids we preferred the bus ;)). The communication with Francesca was great. She gave immediate feedback after the booking and then we were in close alignment approx. 1 week prior to our arrival. She was super helpful and supportive (e.g. booked the transfer from and to the airport for us). Thank you, Francesca! We enjoyed our week in Rome very much!

What a treasure our hostess was! Francesca helped us navigate transportation and it was a lovely stay Truely close enough to the sights to enjoy the basilica, Vatican and the shops! The patio very relaxing and a great spot to begin and end each adventure.
