The building consists of six apartments. During construction, the original exterior was carefully preserved, while the entire interior has been completely redesigned with a modern and energy-efficient approach.

In addition to offering maximum comfort, this duplex enjoys a prime location by the sea, just five minutes from spectacular beaches such as Marzán and Los Caballos.
