This apartment is located in Liverpool’s famous Concert Square, one of the city`s most vibrant nightlife areas.

Because of the central location, some outside noise may be heard in the evenings, especially on weekends.

Many guests love staying here because everything is right outside the door — restaurants, bars, music, and city life.

For extra comfort we provide complimentary earplugs and a white-noise machine in the apartment.

Guests who enjoy a lively city-centre atmosphere usually find the location perfect.

🚗 Parking (Very Important)

We provide free parking for our guests, located just a short walk from the apartment:

• Car park: Wetherspoon Car Park
• Distance: approximately 1-minute walk from the apartment
• Location note: the car park is on Fleet Street, while the apartment is on Wood Street — they are on different streets but extremely close to each other

This gives you the benefit of free parking in a prime city-centre location, while keeping everything within easy walking distance.



🔐 Booking requirements

Minimum age: 21 years old

A £100 refundable security deposit is required before arrival. This deposit is fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Self check-in is available, allowing flexible arrival and easy access to the apartment.
Please remove shoes at the door to keep the space clean. Take the trash to the designated bins before checking out. No loud music or noise after 10 PM to respect neighbours. Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and appliances before leaving. Only the booked number of guests (up to 6) are allowed to stay. Clean the kitchen after use, including washing dishes and wiping surfaces. Treat the space with care and report any damage immediately. Follow check-out instructions, such as leaving keys in the lockbox and locking the door.
