Riverview House | Family home | Large garden | Pass the Keys
Riverview is a modern, spacious family home in the vibrant Cotswolds market town of Lechlade. Set only minutes from the town centre, my home has idyllic views over the River Thames.
My home has two king size beds and one single bed twin room, comfortably sleeping 6 in total. With a wonderful downstairs living and dining area, plus large private garden, Riverview is perfectly suited for family & friends to relax, explore Lechlade, nearby Cotswolds villages and the beautiful countryside!
Welcome to Riverview! Set in the market town of Lechlade, my home is minutes walk from the town centre and the River Thames, where you can hire a range of boats and canoes, or take a leisurely walk along the various local walkways.
Entering the property from the front, head through from the tiled entrance hall into the open plan living & dining room. With a charming
fireplace housing a wood burning stove, this room offers a comfortable sitting area and ample space for six diners.
Glazed double doors lead into the sitting room with bay window to front, oak floors, plenty of comfy seating, large Smart TV and fireplace for those cosy wintery evenings!
Heading to the rear of the property is the modern and stylish kitchen. It is a wonderful space, with light streaming in from the south facing garden through the bifold doors. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an island with breakfast bar stools, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as plenty of kitchenware and storage space for guests.
Heading outside through the bifold doors is the wonderful spacious private garden, a perfect space to spend a summers day! The garden runs all the way to the back of the Marina, and River Thames beyond and has sun loungers, gas BBQ and outdoor dining furniture with parasol.
Heading up to the first floor you will find two king sized bedrooms; the master bedroom to the rear has stunning views of the River Thames and countryside beyond! There is also the twin room with two full size single beds. All beds coming with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. The first floor also has the family bathroom, with overhead shower.
Travel cot and high chair can be provided on request for small additional fee.
Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed on request. Please give details when making your booking, to enable us to determine if they are suitable for the property. There is an additional fee of £30, added to the booking price.
There is free on street parking outside the property.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
Guests will have access to the whole property, including the private garden.

Guests have access to the whole property, including the enclosed private garden.
Please note the Marina is private and cannot be accessed from the garden. There is a walkway very close by to take you down to the river and the riverside complex.
