Thank you for your review.
As a private owner rental, any additional services ordered by you from resort reception will incur a charge.
For towels, there is a washing machine which you can use to refresh the towels provided. The safety deposit box is an optional extra provided by the hotel mamagement
Regarding the parking, the resort was constructed 20 years ago when cars were smaller. There is also free parking directly outside the entrance to the apartment.
