Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important points for future guests reading this review. The reservation was made for six guests, which is the maximum allowed occupancy for the property. However, upon arrival, a significantly larger group arrived with multiple vehicles, exceeding the agreed number of guests and house rules. Guests were also clearly informed in advance that parties were not permitted at the property. Due to the excessive and simultaneous use of electrical appliances beyond normal residential limits, the circuit breaker was triggered as a safety measure. This was not a property defect but a direct result of usage well beyond standard conditions. Regarding cleanliness, the home was left in a condition that did not reflect respectful or normal use, which was documented after checkout. We take great pride in maintaining a clean, modern, and well-managed home, as reflected in feedback from the vast majority of our guests. We always strive to provide a great experience and are happy to assist when house rules are respected. Unfortunately, this situation did not reflect typical stays at our property.

Regarding some of the points mentioned, I would like to clarify that the listing description accurately reflects the amenities provided, including bedding, towels, and household items. Extra supplies or specific comfort preferences are not advertised and may vary from guest to guest. Concerning the location, the property is in a very convenient and well-connected area. The house is located next to a school, just a 5-minute drive from downtown, and surrounded by numerous supermarkets and restaurants. President Supermarket is 1 minute away, Walmart is 5 minutes away, and Home Depot, Walgreens, and many other stores are within 7 minutes in the same area. This information is consistent with what is shown in the listing and has been positively received by many previous guests. Comfort preferences, such as sofa height or personal sleeping habits, are subjective and can differ from person to person. That said, I value constructive feedback and will continue reviewing possible improvements for future guests. Thank you again for choosing to stay at my property.
