The Property
Located on the GIP-5511 road towards Castanyet and a 5-minute drive from Santa Coloma de Farners. The property is accessed via a short, quiet dirt road that leads directly to the house. You can park your car right at the end of the road. It is a secluded farmhouse surrounded by 4 hectares of forest.

The house has three floors and features an outdoor dining area with a wood-fired barbecue. The pool is located behind the house on higher ground and in the middle of the forest. It is accessed via a path.
