Villa Mediterráneo has a maximum occupancy of 12 people. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, six bathrooms, five bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds.

The house is in front of the pool.

Our prices include all reservation costs, final cleaning, bed linen, and bath towels. You can make the reservation directly on this page, since our calendar is always updated.

Villa Mediterráneo has a tourism license HUTB-009341. We are direct owners and at your service since 2001.

You will have private parking in Villa Mediterráneo, a beautiful garden with many native trees, palm trees and shaded areas, barbecue, porch with tables, 12x6 m pool, 1.25 depth all around and 1.65 maximum depth in the center , solarium area and hammocks.

Upon arrival at Villa Mediterráneo we will provide you with tourist information about nearby points of interest.

Superb holiday

The most wonderful family holiday for 13 people from 10 months old to 70. Villa, gardens and pool were the best we have ever had. Sebastian & Maria were very good hosts who never stopped working but were not at all intrusive. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday. Two relaxing weeks in a beautiful villa

Our 11 persons group spent two weeks in April at the Vil-la Mediterraneo and enjoyed every minute! The villa is well-kept, has a big swimming pool and beautiful plus well kept garden. Our landlords were always, easily and fast available and very, very helpful. We got information of tourist attractions from them, suggestions for good restaurants and also for easy parking slots for our van and other car plus lots of other important information that helped us a lot. Our group has made more than ten similar two-weeks trips to various European countries and, based on that experience, we now found the best landlords ever! Thank you very, very much Maria and Sebastian - you are top!

Een klacht volgt nog. Wij verwachten een restitutie. De eigenaar kijkt vanuit een boomhut waarin hij woont in de tuin. Muziek moet uit om 20:30 uur. Zeer slecht en wij zullen een officiële klacht indienen met de bevindingen.

Lamentablemente, no han respetado el descanso de los vecinos , poniendo la música muy alta y con ruido y escandalós todas las noches hasta las 6 de la mañana. Y si, la música por respecto a los vecinos se ha de parar a las 22:00H Esto no es una discoteca es un alojamiento y hay que respectar la tranquilo das de la zona. además han dejado la casa muy sucia, por lo que deberian pagar un recargo por limpieza.

Pas assez ombragée la maison par contre Sebastian très reactif Il y a aussi qu à 22h il faut baisser la musique pratiquement complètement. Mis à part ça c est un endroit pas mal. La mer impossible à se garer ou alors parkings 15 eur les 3h quand on y va tout les jours ça fait un budget

Super maison spacieuse,arboree,confortable.Nous avons séjourné en famille pour un mariage 8 adultes ,2 enfants et 1 bébé de 3 semaines.C'était idéal car calme, avec des chambres independantes et sanitaires,des lieux pour s'isoler à lexterieur comme a l'intérieur. En plus une grande piscine pour la joie des enfants ....et des adultes! Tout est bien entretenu et décoré avec gout.Seuls bémols : le wifi sans connection internet et un chat noir qui s'invite partout! La villa est spacieuse et très propre. Cela fait plaisir d'arriver dans un lieu aussi clean. Maria nous a très bien accueilli et a pris le temps de tout nous montrer et nous faire un pdf pour les visites et restaurant. La piscine est nettoyée tous les jours. Nous étions 4 couples avec 2 enfants et nous avons pu vivre durant 1 semaine sans être les uns sur les autres. Seul bemol: - un manque de vaisselle pour 16 mais la maison était bien indiquée pour 14. - La climatisation dans 2 chambres. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour.

Super tolle Unterkunft mit super tollen Gastgerber. Wir wurden super toll und herzlich empfangen. Vorab wurden schon all unsere Fragen ausführlich beantwortet und unsere Wünsche nach Absprache erfüllt. Während dem Aufenthalt wurden wir zusätzlich noch mit Kaffekapseln, Fahrrädern und alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt versorgt. Der Pool und die Unterkunft sind ein Traum. Man hat sehr sehr viel Platz, es ist alles tip top sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Wir waren 14 Erwachsene und jede einzelne war vollsten zufrieden. Lieber Sebastian und liebe Maria, danke hierfür und macht weiter so ☺️

Superbe séjour en groupe

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à 3 familles avec des enfants en bas âge. La maison est assez grande pour que l'on puisse avoir chacun son espace.

Belle résidence, bien placée pour profiter de la Costa Brava

Très belle résidence, très propre. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles en cas de problèmes. En revanche, les chiens du voisin aboient durant la nuit et très tôt le matin.

TRES BELLE VILLA

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans cette belle villa. Très bien située ,au calme et pas très loin de la plage. Une grande piscine qui a réjouit toute la famille.Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles . Pas assez de vaisselles pour 14 personnes et un frigidaire trop petit . Je recommande cette villa

Villa parfaite pour un séjour sur la Costa Brava

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cette villa. Elle est parfaitement équipée, très bien située (au calme mais à peine à une quinzaine de minutes de la ville ou de la plage), dispose d'une très grande piscine et d'un vaste jardin. Chaque chambre est confortable et dispose de sa propre salle de bain ce qui est très pratique pour un grand groupe. Nous avons également particulièrement apprécié l'acceuil réservé par les propriétaires, Sébastien et Maria, qui habite juste à côté et font preuve d'une grande disponibilité. Je recommande vivement.

Prachtig en schoon villa

mooi villa, ligt centrale ( 5 a 10 minuten van Blanes, Tordera en strand ). Geweldige behandeling van Maria en Sebastian, (bedankt voor alle informatie) Heel schoon, mooi en super stil. zwembad was schoon en groot genoeg voor banen zwemmen. Kortom, ideale plek voor gezinnen met kinderen.

Super séjour malgré les incompréhension

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans la villa mediterraneo, elle est très bien équipée il y a 3 grande tables dehors à des endroit différents pour profiter entièrement de l'extérieur qui est très bien entretenu. La piscine est grande et magnifique tout comme la villa. Les propriétaires son prévoyant et nous avait laissé le nécessaire à l'arrivée( papier toilette, charbon à barbecue, café, Eponge...). Cependant si vous chercher une villa privée ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit, le propriétaire passe tous les jours à des heures différentes pour la piscine et le jardin.. Sur l'annonce il est également stipulé que nous louons entièrement la villa et surprise à l'arrivée étant donné que nous n'étions que 10, ils n'ont pas voulu nous ouvrir la villa entièrement ( chambres double a côté de la piscine ) le prix etant pourtant le même pour 8,10,12 ou 14 personnes, Maria nous assurait le contraire.. Après de longue minutes nous avons réussi à obtenir l'ouverture des chambres restante.. Résumé : Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette magnifique villa qui est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos.

Blanes

If you are driving to this villa from elsewhere in Europe and can judge your arrival time then this is a great villa to stay. However if you are flying into Barcelona or Girona and the only flights available are evening ones, then you need to clarify access arrangements with the owners. We arrived in Barcelona from the UK late after a delayed flight and arrived at the villa in the early hours. There were no access instructions on the HomeAway site for late arriving guests and we clearly upset the owners by arriving at 1am as they had to get up for work the following day. This did spoil the start of our holiday as communication was then sparse and we were left feeling in the wrong. There needs to be a way of getting into the villa at all times for guests and this needs to be published and sent to guests with all the other instructions. The villa itself is beautiful and immaculate. The grounds are large and there are plenty of places to eat outside. The pool is large and a great addition to the villa and it was enjoyed by our party of all ages. Blanes is a good 40 minute walk from the villa and not the most scenic of routes, but the seafront has lots to do and plenty of nice restaurants. Our 19 year olds went for a night out and enjoyed the clubs. We walked to the Botanical Gardens and the views from the top were beautiful. We drove to Girona (well worth it) and took the train into Barcelona (long and crowded) and the villa is certainly well positioned to do lots of activities and to take day trips out. There are also many supermarkets in Blanes all of which are open til 10pm and are well stocked. We cooked mostly and used the outdoor BBQ which was great. The oven was good too but needs more shelves as we struggled to cook pizzas for the kids. All in all we had a lovely week. The owners popped by a couple of times later in the week and were very pleasant but due to our rocky start we ended up figuring a lot of things out when we could have just asked as they didn't come and welcome us the day after our arrival.

Det perfekte hus

Huset var helt perfekt. Vi var afsted 14 personer, og vi følte os slet ikke trængt. Der var massere af plads. Der var værelser til alle par/familier samt passende antal badeværelser. Udendørsarealerne var ubeskrivelige - flotte, rene, rummelige og hyggelige. Vi kunne alle sidde ved spisebord både inde og ude, og ikke mindst sidde i skygge på alle tidspunkter. Sebastian og Maria var så gæstfrie, og blot det mindste vi havde brug for hjælp til, stod Sebastian klar med det samme. Huset er ikke blot et feriehus man lejer, men også et trygt og hyggeligt hus og værtskab, der klart kan sættes pris på. Huset er meget anbefalingsværdigt.

Très belle maison

La maison est égale à la description de l'annonce. Sebas Et Maria les propriétaires sont très accueillants, réactifs et efficaces si on a besoin. Nous étions 3 familles dont 7 enfants. Chacun a son espace et on ne se marche pas dessus. Les criques et plages sont à 15 min. Il reste à ameliorer les ustensiles de cuisine trop peu nombreux pour 13 personnes et mettre des rideaux occultants. Le seul point négatif mais indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires c'est les chiens du voisin qui aboient très tôt le matin... Maison très agréable en journée et soirée au calme

formidable séjour

nous somme partis a 12 cet été de juillet 2018. que vous dire tout simplement génial. Maison et jardin magnifique piscine toujours très bien entretenue literie de bonne qualité, tout est conforme a l'annonce, mais surtout les propriétaires super sympas et attentif aux moindres problèmes. en plus un voyage en ballon avec Sébas et Maria tous simplement fantastique. que dire de plus que merci et a bientôt a nos logeurs SEBAS et MARIA merci merci merci.

great house with large garden and very good for children

The house is clean and nicely furnished. Places to eat both outdoors in the shadow and indoors. Nice poolarea and a large garden with shadow under the trees and also another area for ball games wich was really good for the kids. The area i beatiful and its poosible to take walks in the Woods and up the hills. By car its Close to different beaches, some very beatiful, and to the very nice city of Blanes. The house could do with some more kithcenware, for example more glasses and Bowls etc, there´s enough for 14 but not any extra. Theres a dishwasher which is good. The owners are very nice and easy to contact! We certainly recommend this house, especially for groups of families!
