Bedroom 1 The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With ample storage options provided by built-in wardrobes and a convenient drawer unit, you'll have plenty of space to keep your belongings organized and out of sight. There is also a large dressing table and smart tv.
Ensuite Bathroom The master bedroom features a very spacious ensuite bathroom, providing added convenience and privacy. Complete with a shower, W/C, and hand basin, this well-appointed space is designed for relaxation and functionality. Enjoy the luxury of having your own personal retreat just steps away from your bedroom.
Bedroom 2 The second bedroom includes a King size bed & a large fitted wardrobe
Bedroom 3 The third bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, & smart tv.
Bedroom 4 The forth bedroom includes a double bed, a hanging rail and a dressing table.
Bathroom In the main family bathroom there is a W/C, bath/shower and hand basin.
Living room - is perfect for unwinding on the large sofa-bed where you can watch your favourite shows on the large smart tv. Enjoy the comfort it offers!
Office area - this is an ideal spot in the house to either relax on the 2 seater sofa with a book or work at the desk.
Conservatory - the dining table which seats up tp 8 people, offers a delightful view of the and garden area, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for you & your friends, colleagues or family to dine. There is also extra space to relax with a glass of wine or cup of tea on the comfortable sofa.
Kitchen - This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including, sink, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. In the understairs cupboard there is also a travel cot, 2 x stair gates & high chair available.
Cloakroom There is a cloakroom on the ground floor just inside the front door with a toilet and hand basin.
Garden The outdoor area is perfect for al fresco dining, featuring a table and chairs and a lounge seating area provides that space to relax. The lawned area offers plenty of space for outdoor activities. This inviting space is ideal for making the most of sunny days and warm evenings.
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked through third-party provider Truvi to complete guest verification and also purchase a damage waiver which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to £500 during your stay. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please can you complete both the steps before you arrive at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
