The charming bedroom is located in the attic level, accessed by stairs, creating a cozy and intimate sleeping space with air conditioning and traditional stone walls.

The covered pergola with flowing white curtains creates an elegant outdoor living room furnished with premium wicker furniture, perfect for relaxation and al fresco dining. Ancient olive trees are beautifully integrated into the design, with built-in stone seating areas that create intimate conversation nooks.



The outdoor shower adds a luxurious spa-like element to your stay, while the stone-paved terraces provide various spaces for sunbathing, dining, and enjoying the peaceful mountain views. The attic bedroom offers a unique sleeping experience with sloped ceilings and traditional stone architecture, while maintaining modern comfort with air conditioning. The ground floor bathroom features a shower and all necessary amenities.

Julia House is nestled in a tranquil area of Paxos, offering the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. The property enjoys peaceful mountain views surrounded by characteristic olive groves and traditional stone architecture. The picturesque port town of Gaios, with waterfront restaurants, cafes, and shops, is easily accessible by car. The charming fishing village of Lakka and Paxos`s stunning beaches are all within easy driving distance, with the island`s compact size meaning no destination is more than 20 minutes away.



Julia House is accessible from Corfu Airport (10 minutes to Corfu port, then 1-hour ferry to Paxos). Private transfers and car rentals can be arranged through Paxos Retreats. The property requires a car for exploring the island and accessing beaches and restaurants. Ferry tickets to Paxos must be arranged independently, though we’re happy to provide guidance on schedules and booking procedures.



Please note that the bedroom is located in the attic level, accessed via stairs, making Julia House unsuitable for guests with mobility issues or those who have difficulty with stairs. The property features stairs both to access the attic bedroom and within the outdoor areas. The house is located in a quiet residential area, so we ask guests to respect our neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially in the evenings. While the house offers complete privacy, it`s situated within a small community of traditional homes. A car is necessary to explore the island and reach beaches and restaurants, as the property is not within walking distance of major amenities.
