This vacation home was built in the Danish architectural style in the North Sea Beach Park Friedrichskoog, a short distance from the town center on foot or by bike. The wood-paneled walls and high sloping ceilings give the house a cozy, friendly, and spacious atmosphere. On cooler evenings, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room in front of the satellite TV by the cozy wood-burning stove, or relax in the sauna after a long walk on the beach. The house was renovated in 2024 and the interior was refurbished. There are 3 bedrooms, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a bathroom with a washing machine. The bright open-plan kitchen is also equipped with modern appliances – ideal for cooking together and starting the day with breakfast in the morning sun. And when the sun slowly sets in the evening, the large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invites you to end the day with a glass of wine. The house is in a great location, on a large, almost secluded property. We hope you feel just as at home in our vacation home as we do – and that your vacation is a very special time.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
