Make great memories renting Aberfall, it's an amazing tranquil yet feature packed villa retreat with tons to do. Enjoy the complete privacy & dog friendly gated grounds. Sip your morning coffee w/ birdsong on the balcony. Make a splash in the indoor pool with games, workout at your pace in the well equipped gym & then melt tension away in the hot tub & saunas. Create tasty meals in the chef's kitchen before sharing laughs in the games lounge with its modern log burner & kitchenette. Choose from hundreds of movies in the 12 speaker Atmos cinema w/ oversized furniture. A Sonos system runs throughout the villa to provide the soundtrack you need. There is extensive grounds parking for many cars, dog friendly fencing & smart home tech (lighting/audio) throughout the villa.. Surrounded by nature, trees, fields and masses of wildlife. Great dog walks in every direction, and parks and fields where they can really run. The village shops and train station are a short walk away. Rare year round dog friendly beaches, hikes, wolds, attractions within a short car ride. Aberfall is your exclusive villa and gardens to unwind, packed with things to do, ways to relax & convenience features with a wealth of natural beauty beyond the gate and nearby.
A security hold is not charged, but is authorised on the renters credit card 2 days before stay and released 7 days after check out. Security hold is £1200.
Close doors from pool to house and pool to gym to keep pool moisture from going into house and gym. Open doors to garden and/or ceiling vents (control box 123) if desired.
No food drink or dogs in pool house, especially no glasses glassware or bottles. If you have plastic and paper cups then drinks ok for hot tub though.
Close covers to pool and hot tub when not in use.
Guest parties are responsible for all members using everything safely and sensibly and supervising that.
Please respect it like your friend's house, and also feel welcome. We've tried to make it as comfortable as possible with the things you need to hand. It's very likely we have 1 somewhere of most incidental things you might need during your stay.

Hi, this is Piers your host. I've been a designer for 30 years. I love entertaining, cooking especially Asian inspired dishes, obscure bands, enthralling movies, travel, picking up new skills, working out and my Labrador/s. I've spent a decade modifying my home to reflect my interests & provide a comfortable, feature rich and relaxing experience.
What makes this property unique
I've spent a decade designing a large inviting and comfy pet friendly villa that feels like a year round holiday home with absolutely tons of features (indoor pool, saunas, hot-tub, well equipped gym, high end home cinema, cosy log burner games room, balconies, large fenced gardens, electric gates, etc). There's smart lighting and multizone audio that allows you set different moods across the house or carry the same vibe throughout. It's surrounded by fields and trees, the gardens are filled with birdsong and birds. If you sit still outside you'll have rabbits come right up next to you. Look out the windows and you'll see foxes and deer crossing the fields, and the occasional badger. It's in a lovely peaceful rural location, conviently only a mile from the little village station & shops, yet with no through traffic here (more dogs & horses than cars). It has great dog walking immediately out the gate to fields & parks where dogs can really run! Locally there is all sorts of natural beauty and attractions year round, the Wolds hikes, beaches including the rarity of dog friendly beaches only 20-30mins away. You can see seals if you pick the right beaches.
