Appartamento di un agriturismo che sorge all'interno del parco protetto fluviale del Tevere zona di protezione faunistica di rilevante importanza, l'intera struttura è stata ristrutturata secondo i dettami edilizi tipici del luogo e presenta travi in legno, pareti in pietra e pavimenti in cotto naturale. L'alloggio è disposto su due piani, al piano terra vi è un ampio soggiorno con salotto e cucina completa dotata di piano cottura, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e frigo/freezer. Al primo piano troviamo 2 camere e un bagno. L'appartamento gode di uno spazio esterno in giardino attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone.
