The apartment was nicely renovated, and location was good, but is not set up for 5 guests, let alone the 8 that it is advertised to sleep. On arrival, only 3 beds were made up, despite us being 5 guests, so we had to set up the 4th ourselves. We also were confused thinking we didn't have enough duvets, but turned out the duvets were just incredibly small, provided per individual person and not fit to the size of the bed. Lastly, is the unfortunate hot water situation. You'll notice a sign in the bathroom that states the hot water is limited and takes 30 minutes to reheat. It is in fact limited to only 2 showers, and takes 2 hours to reheat, as we discovered when we had to call in the plumber after we patiently spent a morning waiting the 30 minutes to find it was still stone cold. Having fully wasted the whole morning to this unfortunate situation, we had to leave the apartment unshowered, smelly, and greasy-haired. Not what you want in your holiday photos... And then we were told that the hot water availability was 'standard' and refused compensation. Overall, a very disappointing outcome.
