Downtown Baraboo Blu-Mae Marie Folk House

The Blu-Mae Marie Folk House is over a century old home with a unique flare and charm.

The master bedroom with a king sized bed can be found on the main floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The 2nd bedroom you will find a comfortable queen sleigh bed. This quiet room is spacious and contains a oversized chair for reading. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen bed and a book shelf with an abundance of books for all ages. The 4th bedroom has a full bed. There is also a full bath located upstairs.

On the main floor you will find the formal dining room, elegant living room and a farm style kitchen, as well as a half bathroom. There is also a classic wraparound front porch and screened in back porch. There is a great yard and patio too!

The Blu-Mae Marie Folk House is located in a great quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Baraboo and other local attractions.

Perfect for our Baraboo visit

We came into town for the Gathering of Rogues and Ruffians festival and this house was perfect! Easy walking distance to the Circus World Museum, and the house itself was clean and provided everything we needed. Already plan to stay there again next year!

Great stay!

The town was super cozy, the house was lovely and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was small, but well stocked and clean. There were plenty of towels and bedding and all that. Checkout was a simple process, no wild requirements.

We are not originally from Baraboo however we made our home here since 2008. We were married in the Baraboo Arts building and just love this community.

Why they chose this property

We love Baraboo and all it has to offer and we enjoy having an Airbnb where our guests can also visit and enjoy all Baraboo has to offer as well. From shopping to dining, hiking at Devils Lake to enjoying life music and a lovely cocktail Baraboo has something for everyone.

What makes this property unique

We are only 1 block away from downtown an easy walk for anyone to enjoy shopping/dinning. Our house is spacious in a quiet neighborhood.
