Olga was so kind and accommodating. She was responsive whenever we had questions. She even offered to stock the kitchen with groceries of our choice, and she set the table ready for dinner when we arrived.The apartment was exactly what we as a family of four needed for a week-long vacation in London. The location is excellent, an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Underground and then it's a quick ride into central London. The O2 has tons of restaurants in addition to several grocery stores. Everything we needed was right there. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for our family. Having two full bathrooms as great for us. The full kitchen allowed us to do light cooking and heat up ready-made dinners that we grabbed from the nearby grocery. That helped us not eat at expensive London restaurants for every meal. It was also quite convenient to have a laundry machine in the apartment.The only problem we had was an ongoing issue with the hot water, which cut out completely multiple times during our stay. It was very inconsistent, sometimes it only took one person 5 minutes of showering for there to be no hot water for the next several hours. Other times it was only lukewarm. The host recommended that we be patient with it, but it remained an unresolved problem.If not for that, this would have been a 5-star stay.
