This detached house with private swimming pool, built in the XIXth century, is located in the province Barcelona, in the region Calonge de Segarra, in the pretty Catalonian countryside. You can enjoy the tranquillity the region has to offer here. The house is fully equipped and has various facilities for children. It consists of a lower floor, a first and second floor. The region offers you the opportunity to make various cultural excursions along castles, small Romanesque buildings and through the pretty villages... The beach of Sitges is only 1 hour away from the holiday home and the famous attraction park Port Aventura at only 1.5h by car away. The owners live in an annex to the house and they take care to feed the animals and maintain the swimming pool, this is always in the morning and the always inform the guests when they are coming. They have the following animals: a dog, cats, chickens, ducks and goats.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
