Please ensure that any dog poop , cigarette butts or litter is not left in the property/garden but bagged and disposed of in the correct bins
Absolutely no food or drink including sealed containers are to be near the pool table at any time. No excessive outdoor noise between 21.00 and 09.00.

The house was beautiful and clean. The house, pool and hot tub were hot! Very cosy in the winter. Would 100% recommend staying here, Wendy and Rob were great hosts and were on hand to help us with anything we needed, from the pool to the Pizza oven! The barn is incredibly insulated, so if you want to throw a loud party, no one will be able to hear you! Perfect stay if you want some privacy and to escape reality for a weekend.

Wendy and Rob were excellent hosts, couldnt do enough for us. The house was very spacious and the amenities were great. Could do with lightning on the entrance as the gates are laid back off the road. This didn't spoil my birthday celebrations. Will definitely return
