The Red House Annexe is a superb, self contained property located to the side of one of the most recognisable properties in St Mawes with an imposing position above Summers Beach and fantastic views of the bay. There are 2 bedrooms, but please note, this is only for family groups, the only bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom. There is a living / dining room with comfortable sofa and wonderful views, a well-equipped kitchen to the rear There is a shared garden to the rear of the property and a private seating area in front of the main bedroom.
St Mawes is one of the most exclusive traditional villages in the Country, with a wealth of activities within close reach. Historic Castles from the era of Henry VIII, glistening blue waters, bustling beaches, Cornish Pubs, award-winning restaurants, amazing coastal walks, ferries to different locations, little motor boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards, all available for rental. (During the season) The Roseland peninsula has a vast array of places to explore, featuring many beaches, some with golden sands, some with shingle, all with a splattering of rock pools, there are secluded coves, towering cliffs, and the famous lighthouse at St Anthony. (Fraggle Rock for everyone of a certain age!) The artists' haven of Portscatho is well worth a visit, as is Veryan. with its famous round houses.
Accommodation
Ground floor: Enter into hallway with door to master bedroom, 4'6" double bed, and storage, French doors leading to a private seating area outside, and wonderful views. En suite bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin. Stairs lead up to:
First floor: Landing with doors to: Bunk bedroom with 3' beds and storage. Living / dining room with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV. Further door to a fully fitted kitchen and another door that leads to the rear garden.
Outside: Shared parking area with space for 1 car. Small area in front of master bedroom with table and chairs. Shared rear garden with rotary clothes drier, area of lawn surrounded by mature shrubs and trees, further small patio with table and chairs.
