About this property

Breathtaking big waterfront home with private pool!

Our gorgeous Marathon home is available all year round. This home has 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms with the master suite having its own private bathroom. The house sleeps up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and the remaining 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed each.

Upstairs there is a huge den for gathering and watching TV.

The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with plates, pots, pans, utensils and everything else needed for your convenience.

The house has a private pool and a jacuzzi with jets and soothing waterfalls for your relaxation. There is a tiki hut right by the pool for your enjoyment. There is plenty of dock space for 1 boat or watercraft. Outside we have a fish cleaning station and an industrial ice maker that is at your disposal. There is also a well lit, covered cooking area with a brand new Stainless steel BBQ with four burners and a side grill for all of your outdoor cooking needs.

Price is typically $3,800 to $6,000 per week (premium dates are mini lobster season, Thanksgiving, opening lobster season, Christmas, and New Years), plus taxes and cleaning fee. There is also an additional $800.00 security deposit, which is refundable if there are no damages, beyond normal wear and tear. Please note that this home rentals on weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday.

All my guests love my home! In fact, most of my customers are repeat customers which have been coming year after year since I first started renting this special vacation home. I will do everything I can to make your visit to my home a memorable one, so don't miss out and reserve your vacation early.

The boat ramp is on the bay side on 33rd Street (traffic light). The boat ride takes about 10-15 min, under the 7 mile bridge. If you want to make a reservation, email me and I'll Email you the information for the deposit and the rental agreement. PLR2013-00048

Why they chose this property

I initially bought this home as a vacation home for my family. As all the kids grew up, I realized they were not coming as often. So I saw an opportunity to share my home with others. I then discovered VRBO and began to rent my home so that other families can share great moments.

Generally. I would greet my guests upon arrival. Most of my guests are repeat customers and are more like an extended family to me as they have been coming for many years. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic I understand that this personal touch is not warranted. However, I am in constant communication with my guests ensuring that all their vacation expectations are met.

I keep my home in immaculate condition for my guests as it is not only a rental property for me, but the house I plan to live in when I retire.
