Thank you for your review. I must say I am very surprised by your comments. During your stay, I responded to your message about the blocked toilet within the hour and resolved the issue promptly. I also agreed to your request for a late checkout and provided recommendations to help you arrange a birthday celebration for your husband. At no point during your stay did you raise concerns about the furnishings, seating, or mattresses. The property is presented accurately in the listing photos and description, and many guests have stayed comfortably without raising these issues. Had you communicated any dissatisfaction while you were here, I would have welcomed the opportunity to address it. I am disappointed that despite my efforts to accommodate you, you felt a 2-star review was appropriate.
