It is located minutes from the bus stop, 400m from the sandy beach "Praia do Pópulo", 500m from "Sunset Beach Bar", 650m from the supermarket "Pingo Doce - Livramento" and located in a well-connected area next to the sea. It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced land, balcony, washing machine, barbecue, internet access (wifi) and outdoor parking in the same building. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. The property offers a safe and peaceful environment, with a fully fenced area and no water features, which can provide greater peace of mind for families with neurodivergent children.
