The cosy lounge provides stunning views of the harbour at the front and patio doors leading to a small courtyard seating area at the rear, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals. The main bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, sink, toilet, under floor heating, heated towel rail, baby bath, and toddler’s potty, catering to families with young children.

Bedroom 1 comfortably sleeps two with a super king bed, an en-suite shower room with under floor heating, and built-in wardrobes. An option to add a travel cot makes it ideal for families. This room also offers picturesque harbour views. Bedroom 2 accommodates three guests with a double bed and a single bed, both overlooking the harbour. Bedroom 3 features a single day bed that can be extended to a double, suitable for two guests. A separate WC provides additional convenience.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large patio area for outdoor dining or relaxing in good weather. To maintain neighbourly harmony, we kindly ask guests to refrain from using the patio after 9.30pm.
