We very much enjoyed the apartment. Pictures accurately reflect the home. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to a great grocery store.

When we arrived there were various issues in the condo we were disappointed/concerned about. I immediately informed the contact person from the Property Management Company about these issues and sent photos of everything. Nothing was ever done to fix the problems/issues. The only communications I received was that the issues would be reported to the team. Nothing was ever fixed.The problems/issues:- The faucet in the main bathroom was broken. It was not securely fastened to the countertop. It wobbled around when turning the water on and off.- The top hinge on the door to the balcony was broken. When we opened this door it almost fell. Only the bottom hinge held the door onto the doorframe. Very dangerous.- The balcony railings and floor were covered with bird poop. It was very obvious the balcony had not been cleaned before we arrived. In the condo ad it stated, ‘Spacious balcony perfect for sunny meals and relaxing outdoors’. Because of the bird poop and broken door to the balcony we were not able to use/enjoy the balcony. Not being able to use the balcony was very disappointing.- When we arrived the entire condo smelled musty/smelly. After opening all the windows, it smelled better/fresher.- We were there for 2 weeks. After about a week there was a slight sewer smell in the main bathroom which got a bit worse each day during the second week.The host never communicated with us. We were always dealing with Maria from WHome Property Management Company.
