The apartment has recently been completely renovated. It consists of a kitchen/living area equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances; a bright and spacious master bedroom; and a second bedroom that can be configured with two single beds or one double bed as needed. In both bedrooms, it is possible to add a fold-away bed or a cot for children. The bathroom, fully equipped, features a shower, hairdryer, and bidet.

In the common areas of the building, which includes two other apartments, you’ll find a laundry room with a washing machine, a garden, a large parking area/inner courtyard enclosed by a private gate and fence, and various storage options for bicycles or strollers.

The entire property is also designed for families with children, who can safely enjoy the outdoor spaces for play or relaxation. High chairs, cots, or other baby gear are available upon request.
