With every comfort in mind, the Villa Aede's exquisite redesign promises an unforgettable luxury experience. Infinity pool and jacuzzi, daily breakfast and attentive concierge services, and those amazing views!

This holiday home (730 m²) sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 ensuite bedrooms spread across 3 floors with ample space:
- The ground floor features a central leisure space with a billiards table, bar corner, TV area, exercise equipment, and access to the pool and jacuzzi area. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. The garage and laundry room are located on this floor as well.
- The main entrance is on the first floor where you’ll find a spacious and bright living area with huge windows opening out onto the terrace with sweeping views over the lake: very comfy sofa’s, a reading corner, and a cozy fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room with table for 12 people.
- The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms. A heavenly master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with beautiful tub and shower, and a walk-in wardrobe. Three other double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.

With a long infinity pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sauna, and a heated jacuzzi outside, you can unwind and enjoy a glass of prosecco while gazing down at the lake and the boats that pass by. You can enjoy summer gourmet cuisine in the barbecue area with pizza oven, and extra chef services and tastings are available upon simple request.

The Villa Aede is situated in a peaceful residential area of the lakeside village Mezzegra, Tremezzina at about 1 km from the lake shore. It is one of the most sought after areas of Lake Como, ideally located centrally of the lake so you can easily visit and discover all the wonderful sights and attractions around. You’ll find many typical Italian boutiques and excellent local trattorias nearby. Hop on a ferry and explore the magical Como lake villages Bellagio, Varenna, and much much more.

RENTAL CONDITIONS - VILLA AEDE:
Included:
Daily breakfast with private chef, concierge services, air conditioning, heating, daily cleaning service (2 hours a day), bed linen plus bathroom and pool towels (change as needed), elevator, safe, wireless internet, smart TV, wine fridge, gym equipment, billiards, table football, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fire place, baby bed and high chair, garden, barbecue, pizza oven, sauna, outdoor heated Jacuzzi (2,5 x 2,5 m), swimming pool (12 x 4 m; depth from 1 to 1,6 m), garage parking

Extra to be paid:
- Security deposit by credit card (refundable): 5000 euro
- Wine cellar: as per consumption
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Arrival and departure:
Minimum stay of 4 nights in low season, 7 nights in high season.

Note:
- Domestic animals allowed (upon prior request only).
- Parties or events allowed (upon prior request only).
- A taxi van with driver is available as well as taxi boats (surcharge and prebooking is required) to go to restaurants and tours.
- The helpful villa manager is ready for concierge services to enhance your stay with any extras you want.
