Once in Pelton, take the route into The Wynd, a residential street in Pelton, Durham.

Look for number 23 along The Wynd.

Pelton is served by local bus routes connecting to Chester-le-Street, Stanley, Sunderland, Newcastle, and surrounding areas.

Ask the driver to drop you at the stop closest to The Wynd / Front Street in Pelton.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
