Beautiful Chalet Pierre, Les Gets. Former guest favourite, under new ownership.

This beautiful and charming traditional alpine chalet has been sensitively and stylishly updated recently. The chalet sits in a delightful location in the alpine town of Les Gets which is perfect for both skiing and summer activities. Tucked away on a quiet road, but only a short distance into town and also to the slopes, you can choose peace and quiet or be right in the middle of the action. This pretty chalet has a lovely open plan living area with comfortable sofas and a large open fire. We also provide a fully stocked bookcase for you to enjoy and games and a flat screen television to keep everyone entertained. This chalet is home from home for us as a family and we hope you can enjoy it too. Perfect for families.

Great alpine chalet within a reasonable walk to the centre of Les Gets. Plenty of free local buses (line C) too for the weary. Great comms throughout the booking process and the chalet met our expectations.

The chalet was beautiful, clearly a well loved home. The beds were very comfortable and facilities were excellent. Plenty of space for two families to share. The host Kevin was very helpful when we had an issue with our booking, and had lots of useful local knowledge to share. Location is great- quiet and peaceful, but just a short bus ride up to the Folliet Golf lift and you are on the slopes.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre famille et amis. La literie est de très bonne qualité, le chalet est chaleureux, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le chalet est situé entre 2 arrêts de la ligne c ce qui permet de rejoindre le front de neige ou les Folliets pour partir skier. Merci à Kevin et Petr pour leur réactivité lors de nos sollicitations.

We are a family of 5 from the UK. I write and illustrate childrens picture books and my husband is a business owner. We first visited Les Gets when our children were very young and fell in love with it. When Chalet Pierre became available we knew it was the perfect place for us. Situated on a private road, the location is peaceful and yet close to all the skiing and other activities that this thriving town has to offer. We are pleased to be able to offer this Chalet for rental and hope you and your families enjoy Les Gets as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Les Gets is a charming, friendly and bustling little town in the French Alps, perfect for both winter and summer escapes. In winter, it's part of the vast Portes du Soleil ski area, offering access to over 600 km of slopes including Morzine and Avoriaz. In summer, it transforms into a mountain biking and hiking paradise with stunning scenery. It boasts lovely restaurants, shops, two supermarkets and amazing local produce. It is a wonderful place to visit for skiers and non skiers alike. There is even a little museum of mechanical music and an ice skating rink in the centre of town. Something for everyone!

What makes this property unique

This is our home from home. We have decorated it with great care and attention to detail. We want our guests to have a comfortable and relaxing time, just as we do during our regular visits . We have tried to provide everything needed for a wonderful stay in Les Gets and we are particularly happy to welcome families.
Chalet Pierre is located on a private road which provides tranquillity and calm whilst being in close proximity to all the great fun that Les Gets has to offer in both the Winter and Summer seasons.
